Returns are valid for 30 days from delivery.

Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days, though the complete process may take up to 14 days.

 

You will receive email notifications when your return is received and when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or style within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, contact our customer care team at contact@divini.co.uk. Use the prepaid return label included with your order to send back the original item. Please retain any gift packaging as it will not be replaced.

How to Return:

1. Ensure your items are packed securely in the original packaging.

2. Attach the provided prepaid returns label to the parcel that will be sent by a member of our team.

3. Send it back to us within 14 days of contacting us for an exchange or return.

Receive Your Refund:

Once we receive and validate your returned item(s), we will process your refund, which may take up to 14 days from the notification email.

Important Notes:

• If exchanging for a different product, you'll need to return the original and make a new purchase.

• For promotional or multi-buy offers, associated gifted items may also need to be returned.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Standard delivery costs are refunded; however, the cost of any enhanced delivery service will not be refunded.
